The Team
Jamil Barrage
Founder and Chief Investment Officer
Jamil has over 35 years of investment experience working in the buy side, the sell side, wealth management, capital raising, investment banking and asset management. During his career, Jamil advised three of the largest sovereign wealth funds in the world when he worked at both J.P.Morgan and Sanford C. Bernstein, both on US and European equities.
Jamil holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon.
Elie Salameh
Analyst
Prior to joining 2XL Capital, Elie gained experience in several areas within the financial services industry, including investment banking at BLOMINVEST Bank, private banking at Julius Bär, financial accounting advisory at Ernst & Young and corporate banking at Bank Audi. Elie has also passed the Level 2 of the CFA program.
Elie holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Sussex and a master's degree in Finance from the London School of Economics.
